An Answer is a piece of content you enter on Verse to fill the Knowledge Base. You are in full control of what words and tone of voice your assistant uses, and you can customize it with different font sizes and styles, add hyperlinks and images.
Each Answer needs to be associated with a minimum of 5 Questions to be valid and work properly. Your chatbot learns the Q&A sets in your Knowledge Base and responds to your customers with Answers. You can think of Answers as the building blocks of your chatbot's expertise and its way of sharing information about your company
