Knowledge Base stores all the information you want your assistant to learn and know; it's where your assistant finds the answers your users are looking for. You can think of it as everything there is to know about your company!
To make it easier to set up and to keep everything in order, we created the Areas. You can think of them as boxes where you most likely are going to put things that are similar to one another.
Each Area can be filled with as many Answers as you'd like: these are the answers your assistant is going to respond with to your users' questions. They are the very core of your Knowledge Base.
Last but not least, each Answer has a corresponding Questions tab: here you enter the list of questions that relate to the Answer itself. This way your assistant will know when to respond with a certain answer.
