Inbox allows you to view your virtual assistant's complete chat history and past conversations through three different folders (open, closed, and test) that not only include real life interactions with users, but also the ones that took place in a test environment during training and teaching moments.

This feature gives you the unique opportunity to read user messages and understand which terminology they are more incline to use and the types of requests that need a higher degree of attention because of their complexity.

At first glance you know whether a user would like to be recontacted by your company thanks to the detail panel on the right side of the conversation that shows the user's email address.
